Retaining Academy Identities

We understand that schools are unique places, proud of their identities and we believe strongly that the culture and ethos of each academy in the Trust should be recognised and celebrated; and this is exactly what we do.
 
We also use our expert guidance, professional support and strong collaborative working practices to help each of our academies achieve the best possible results for their staff and their children.

Individual Character

We ensure that every academy maintains its own individuality. For us, this is 'non-negotiable'. Our values at Leading Learners are aligned to systems and procedures for efficiency and economies of scale; we do not create 'carbon copy' schools.
 
Academies retain their own uniform, name, logo and motto. As a member of the Leading Learners Trust, this is recognised on signage and stationery. 
 
By working in partnership, and with the outstanding support of the Trust, our academy members can grow and achieve great things together.
