Our Trust systems
Our academies are expected to implement Trust systems in order to increase efficiency and streamline operations. These may include:
- Assessment reporting procedures
- Academy self-evaluation proformas
- Report to governors and/or Trust Board proformas
- Annual school review process
- Performance management system
- School improvement proformas; and
- Health and Safety procedures
We respect each academy's individuality and do not implement identity changes except where strictly necessary to meet the goals of the Trust.
